Coaching
One to one coaching is the core of HGC’s ministry. We believe every leader should have someone in the trenches of ministry who is helping them lift their leadership lid.
Our coaching relationships focus on outcomes customized to each unique ministry context. Whether you are launching a new expression of church, starting a new initiative, or working to launch a new life cycle, we can help.
The typical coaching relationship is at least six months, usually one year. They consist of sixty-minute bi-weekly seasons that can be in-person or via Zoom.
If you would like to explore how coaching might be able to help you, your team, or church send us an email or schedule time using our Calendly.
