That is why our mission is to engage leaders to multiply.
It is our passion to see pastors and churches answer one question: how will we multiply?
HGC has been pursuing this mission for almost two decades.
Tom Planck,
HGC Chief Catalyst
Tom has served on the HGC team since June of 2013. He became the chief catalyst in 2019.
He has served the Church for thirty-four years in full-time ministry. Twenty-two years as the founding and lead pastor of Journey Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Tom and Andrea have been married for thirty-four years. They have two adult children who are both married. They have one grandson.
Tom has coached hundreds of pastors and led dozens of cohort-based learning communities. He is also a certified ChurchOS and Movement System coach.
Tom loves to travel, play golf, and spend time with his family, especially his grandson.
Our Partners
Partnership is a big part of what we do and who we are. Some of our partners provide content and a framework for how we engage church leaders.
Other partners give us the opportunity to serve as co-catalysts for multiplication as they seek to launch new expressions of church within their church networks.
