It’s hard to believe we are nearing the end of 2017. It has been a tremendous year for Healthy Growing Churches. Our reach, influence, and impact continues to grow. God opened some wonderful doors for us this year and we are beyond thankful for the way He has used HGC to empower churches to be healthy so they can multiply.
This past weekend I was in Jackson, Mississippi for a church consultation. Throughout the weekend, I was reminded multiple times how life-giving our consultation ministry is for pastors, leaders, and local churches. I had several conversations during the weekend where you could see God offering hope to a congregation looking to create a new life cycle. I am confident this church’s influence will grow going forward and they will reach more people in the days ahead. I am thankful HGC had the opportunity to play a small role in their story.
As we prepare to end our ministry and begin a new one, we wanted to provide our champions and network with an opportunity to partner with us in the first quarter of 2018. We want to provide full or partial scholarships for at least one church consultation, two coaching relationships, and two assessments. These scholarship dollars would allow us to serve some churches and leaders who simply do not have the resources needed to access the tools HGC has to provide.
To be able to accomplish the above goal, we need to raise $25,000 before the end of the year and that is where you enter the story.
