Tom is a teaching pastor at Journey Church in West Chester, Ohio. He uses his gift of leadership to keep Journey moving in a focused direction of reaching disconnected people by providing a biblical vision God has given him for the church. Journey is a multisite church with a growing campus in Guatemala. Tom also serves as the Multiplication Catalyst withHealthy Growing Churches, a grassroots network of pastors and churches passionate about healthy leaders, healthy churches, and church multiplication.
He married his beautiful wife, Andrea in 1991 and became the father of Tytus in 1995 and Hannah in 2000. Tom is a 1993 graduate of Anderson University.
