Dave likes to think of himself as a behind-the-scenes kinda guy, more like Barnabas than Paul. His has served the church as a Connections Pastor, Youth Director, Middle School Pastor, Worship Leader and many years as an Elder on several church boards. The Air Force gave Dave and his family the opportunity to move frequently and see many different types of churches in a variety of contexts. Given the choice, Dave would rather be doing what he thinks Jesus wants us to do as his disciples or writing music and playing guitar than developing software and assessment instrument, but we all have to pay the bills somehow! He’s been married about 30 years to Zoë Hale and together they have four adult daughters. Dave & Zoë are both retired Air Force officers and live in Anderson, South Carolina.
